Students in grades 3-12 who live in the Greater Capital District of New York are invited to enter the 23rd Annual Black History Month Creative Expressions Contest. All entries must reflect the theme of Black History. The subject can be about a Black person, group, event, experience, movement or outcome that had or is having a significant impact on people of color in your community, in America or in the world. Entries will be judged in groups:
A committee will select 28 winners, each representing the 28 days in February, 2019 which is Black History Month.
